Hiio hoi! Today, Friday 21.7., you can participate in the new Pizza Tasting experience at Puodi!
During the full experience, we offer six different pizzas from the menu (1/6 slices = 1 whole pizza per diner) 🍕 In addition, the tasting experience includes appetizers, appetizer, dessert and coffee.

Serving is organised in waves, so all diners participating in the experience can start eating at approximately the same time.
Drink (12cl Codorníu Clásico Cava Sec Organic 11.5% or non-alcoholic alternative)
Puoti's Antipasto (an assortment of Italian deli delicacies) for starters
Pizza Tasting (served 1/6 slices, one whole pizza per diner)
For dessert, local artisan ice cream (Vankkurin Jäätelö), and coffee/tea.
Drink is spring water (0,5L bottle), other drinks can be ordered on the spot.
#12 - Strawberry wrap (Bianco)
Sour cream, goat cheese. After the oven: local fresh strawberries, arugula, balsamic syrup.
#21 - Quattro Formaggi (Bianco)
Mozzarella (fior di latte), gorgonzola, parmesan cheese, goat cheese. After the oven: beetroot ginger jam from Nokiakka (#local from Joensuu).
#17 - Next Level Marjoriitta
Tomato sauce, mozzarella (fior di latte), parmesan cheese, olive oil, basil. After oven: arugula, mozzarella di bufala campana.
#4 - Three Cheeses & Crispy Bacon (Bianco)
Sour cream, parmesan cheese, goat cheese, pizza cheese, bacon, fresh chilli. (VL)
#3 - Pizza Salami
Tomato sauce, napoli salami, parmesan cheese sauce, grilled peppers.
#6 - Cold smoke pizza (Bianco)
A renewed classic! Sour cream, red onion. After the oven: cold smoked salmon, fresh dill, island bread croutons.

The Pizza Tasting experience lasts about 2.5 hours. During the tasting period, the processing time for direct orders may be delayed, so we recommend booking the tasting experience first.
