Advance booking

Pre-bookings are always prepared in the kitchen as a priority. By making a reservation in advance, you reserve your place in the pizza zone and help us to better meet demand. In this way, you avoid queuing if the pizza queue is long.

Pre-bookings close 2 hours before the start time. Pre-bookings must therefore be made at least 2 hours before the desired time. Pre-booking is available for about half of the day's capacity (~500 pizzas/day), so you can still get a pizza without a reservation, but depending on the pizza line, the waiting time may be longer.

We are currently accepting advance bookings four weeks into the future. If you want to make a reservation very early, you can call us and we will make the reservation manually. You can reach us on the following numbers 045 3433 403 / 045 4900 100.

Pizzas from the kitchen are prepared at ~1.5-3 minutes/pizza, so for a reservation for 4 people it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. Please note, however, that there may be more than one party at the same reservation time. For pre-bookers, we aim to serve pizzas within 30 minutes of the start of the booking time.

Pre-bookings are handled by the kitchen as a matter of priority. If you have made a reservation at 12:30, the kitchen will start preparing the pizzas at 12:30. 

This means that the pizzas are not prepared in advance, as we want to guarantee the best quality and warm pizza for all our customers.

For this reason, we recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. This will give you time to place your order at the checkout and allow the kitchen to start preparing your order at the agreed time.

Orders are always placed at the cash desk, with a reservation you can book your own "pizza making time" in the kitchen. We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before so that you can place your order at the checkout and the kitchen can prepare your order at the time you have arranged.

If you wish to cancel your reservation or if the number of persons, date or time changes, please contact us by phone at 045 3433 403 / 045 4900 100.

Pre-booking orders must be placed at least 15 minutes after the reserved time. If a delay is known and is longer than 15 minutes, please call 045 3433 403 / 045 4900 100. In this case, we will try to find the next available time in the provisional calendar. If there are no available times, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation and place your order in the normal pizza queue.

A reservation in advance is not a table reservation. By booking in advance, we guarantee that the pizzas will be ready within 30 minutes of the start of the booking period. You are free to choose your table after placing your order. We have about 200 seats, of which 40 are on the glazed terrace and the rest on the outdoor terraces, some of which are covered. We do not accept table reservations for groups of less than 10 people, if your group is 10 people or more please call us on 045 4900 100 to make a reservation.
