Puodi’s own gluten-free pizza base+5 €

Contains: gluten-free wheat starch, dextrose, maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, vegetable fibre (psyllium), thickening agent (guar gum), flavouring.

May contain small amounts of soya, sesame seeds and milk.

Naturally gluten-free pizza base+3 €

Contains: water, maize starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, rapeseed oil, potato flakes, yeast, rice starter powder, thickener (E415), sugar, salt, psyllium, whole grain rice flour, potato fibre, raising agents (E450, E500), fructose, emulsifier (E471).

Manufacture and cross-contamination: Our gluten-free pizza bases are prepared in a separate kitchen area using dedicated equipment that does not handle products containing gluten. Please note that the pizzas are baked in the same ovens on a separate baking tray.

Lactose-free

Most of the raw materials are lactose-free. Italian cheeses are generally low in lactose. Most pizzas can be made completely lactose-free by changing the cheese when the customer mentions this when ordering.
