PRODUCTION

Our gluten-free pizzas are baked on their own baking trays in the same ovens where we also bake our gluten-containing pizzas. The risks of cross-contamination are minimised by separating kitchen activities over time, using separate dough machines, and using unopened packages for toppings.

The 2026 summer season is approaching! We will open on May Eve 30.4.2026 at 14:00 and serve through the May Weekend! A warm welcome! :)
